All about Planning
Design is a process that involves preliminary research and collaborative planning before it can begin. advantages - work is done efficiently , keeps the project organized, yields better results more customer satisfaction.

Step 1 : Collect info
interview the client and use a questionnaire.
who is the target audience, age, gender, geographic ,
goal of design? to sell, inform, entertain, educate, formal or not
what tech requirements? documents required flyer, business card, advertisement, web site. page size required colors copies needed.
what is budget?
what are the deadlines?

Step 2 : develop a plan
written proposal, price quote, customer contract, development of a design team, detailed action plan.

step 3 brainstorm
Find inspiration in books, magazines, museum, and unwinding (taking walks having fun).
Research similar or competing designs.
Sketch out ideas.

Step 4 : experiment
Keeping the original goal in mind, experiment with a few different design options to show the client.
Experiment with fonts, color schemes, graphics.

Step 5: proofread
Proofread!!
Have others on the development team proofread the design
No client will want a product with spelling or grammatical errors.

Step 6 : Revise
collaborate with the client for feedback
revise the design over and over again, if necessary.

One Stop Computer Shop

My business sells computer hardware and accessories. We sell computer components such as graphics cards, Cpu's ,and Motherboards. We sell accessories for computers keyboards, mice, monitors and headsets. This business is a one stop shop to get all things computers. People can come in and get assistance one building the specific type of computer they want as well as getting recommendations on what accessories to get that will suit that specific type of computer such as a gaming computer we will provide things that have a fast response time such as a quick monitor or keys that have faster accusation so they are pressed sooner. My shop will also offer computer repairs to repair certain parts of the computer or even remove viruses.
